Kees van Dongen (1877-1968)

Kees van Dongen was of Dutch origin and one of the most famous painters of the 20th century. His fame in France was unparallelled (he signed some of his paintings with "Le Peintre"!) During the Twenties he did many portraits for the rich and jetset, illustrated books and made colorlitho's, etchings, colorpochoirs. We proudly present a beautiful selection.
